About the book
Please take a minute to read what this book is about before downloading it and understand why some people leave malicious and unfounded comments. "Before Learning Photography" is a short book for anyone who doesn't know where to begin their journey into photography and, of course, wants to do it right from the start. In this short ebook, I do NOT cover topics such as aperture, shutter speed, depth of field, etc., as the purpose of this book is NOT to address photographic technique itself. All my readers can attest to my teaching method for approaching photography, but that's not the case for this book... THE PURPOSE OF THIS EBOOK IS TO GUIDE YOU IN CHOOSING THE BEST WAY/METHOD TO GET STARTED IN PHOTOGRAPHY. Tell me how informed you are, and I'll tell you how good your decisions are. This book was written after witnessing the numerous obstacles aspiring photographers face (even before beginning their training), which lead to great confusion, discouragement, and frustration. Is learning photography REALLY THAT difficult? Over time, I've observed that the greatest difficulty in learning photography lies not in the complexity of the photographic technique itself, but rather in the training methods used by each individual. Most aspiring photographers are faced with a completely new discipline and can't help but make one bad decision after another (because they don't know how). These decisions range from the importance of the order in which they learn the theoretical concepts of photography (since you can't build a skyscraper without first laying a solid foundation) and the amount of free time they have, to the learning method they choose (in-person classes, books, courses, forums, etc.) and their budget (including the camera and accessories!). These are the topics I want to cover in this book, so that by the end, you can develop an easy and convenient study plan, without wasting time on bad decisions. In short, a plan tailored to your needs. Some of the topics covered: The steps to take to get started on the right path The most common mistakes and obstacles when starting out in photography Save time and money (Choose the best investment for learning) Why getting started in photography is NOT difficult or daunting (as many say) The best path to follow to get started quickly and smoothly What the career and training of a professional photographer entails. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL: You'll also find a surprise gift inside the book to help you get started in photography.
