Regrettable - A Historical Monument that CANNOT be visited!
It is incredible that a national historic monument cannot be visited. That goes against all logic. If a building is declared a historical monument, it would have to be accompanied by the guarantees that enable its visit. Care, cleaning and maintenance would have to be associated, as well as advertising campaigns to visit it. This is culture, and this is learning about the country where you live. El Molino Quemado is a mill located in Nueva Helvecia, Colonia, Uruguay. It was declared a National Historical Monument for what it represented for the development of the region in the second part of the 19th century. It is located 60 km east of Colonia del Sacramento and 120 km west of Montevideo. In this video we were visiting: Nueva Helvecia, Rosario and Boca del Cufre. This is another video that I make in order to spread my passion for photography and in the process, I tell you my techniques to achieve the images.
As always, thank you very much!
