$999 SmallHD Focus 504
A 5-inch 1000-nit monitor with 3G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 in a 310 g aluminium body.
The Stealth Cam SD Card Reader/Viewer is an outdoor accessory for checking trail camera images without a phone or a laptop. You slot the SD card into the reader, switch the unit on and the images appear on its 4.3-inch colour LCD touchscreen, where you can swipe through them, zoom in and delete the frames you do not need.
Beyond stills, it plays back 1080p HD video and includes a headphone jack, so clip audio stays private without external speakers. The housing is water-resistant and uses rubberised buttons, a detail aimed at dust, mud, rain drops and snow; the wrist lanyard keeps the unit handy while you check a camera in the woods.
Power comes from four AAA batteries (not included), and the link to a computer runs over micro USB with the cable sold separately. It accepts SD cards up to 32 GB, the usual size for hunting and scouting cameras, and the five-point touch menu with gestures keeps navigation simple even with gloves on.
With that approach, the Stealth Cam SD Card Reader/Viewer suits anyone running one or several trail cameras: it lets you check each card on site, decide what to keep and leave the camera in place instead of carrying media home. It also works for cards from other compact cameras that write to SD.
