Its optical design comprises 14 elements in 12 groups, incorporating advanced aspherical elements, high-refractive index elements, and extra-low dispersion (ED) glass to deliver crisp center resolution and well-controlled chromatic aberrations across the zoom range. A 9 blades circular aperture produces pleasing background bokeh, while the short 35cm minimum focus distance enables dynamic close-up perspectives for creative flexibility.
