More compact and lightweight design

Summary

The Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art is the long-awaited evolution of one of the most popular mirrorless lenses. This second generation maintains the outstanding optical quality of the Art line but in a more compact and lightweight body (7% smaller and 10% lighter), significantly improving ergonomics for professional photographers.

Featuring a versatile 24-70mm focal range and a constant f/2.8 aperture, this lens is ideal for a wide variety of disciplines. It boasts an ultra-fast and precise HLA (High-response Linear Actuator) focus system, along with advanced physical controls like a de-clickable aperture ring and two programmable AFL buttons.

Available for Sony E and Leica L mounts, the Mark II delivers superior performance with a construction of 19 elements in 15 groups, including 6 FLD and 2 SLD elements. Its design effectively minimizes focus breathing, making it an exceptional choice for both professional photography and video.
