Sky-Watcher SynLink

The Sky-Watcher SynLink is an advanced all-in-one smart controller engineered to unify, power, and coordinate every hardware element of a contemporary astrophotography and celestial observation rig. Housed in a robust anodized aluminum enclosure, this compact central hub eliminates the need for field laptops, external USB hubs, and tangled power cables by mounting cleanly onto the telescope dovetail or accessory shoe.

Delivering comprehensive rig connectivity, the Sky-Watcher SynLink is outfitted with four high-speed USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, and a reversible USB Type-C port, providing seven total USB connections for mirrorless cameras, DSLRs, cooled dedicated astro-imagers, electronic focusers, filter wheels, and autoguiders. For power management, the unit integrates four 12V DC outputs supplying up to 10A combined, alongside two independently modulated ports dedicated to dew heater bands, preventing nighttime moisture buildup on optical surfaces.

Wireless operation of the Sky-Watcher SynLink is driven by dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) with cross-platform support across Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS devices. Equipped with 64GB of fast internal onboard storage and intelligent software routines for guided polar alignment, plate solving, automated focus runs, and live stacking sequences, the Sky-Watcher SynLink provides astrophotographers and nightscape creators with a dependable, fully automated celestial imaging experience.
