DJI Firmware October 2026

Thirteen DJI drones updated on 20 October 2026, with builds and official links

Description

The DJI Firmware October 2026 entry gathers the thirteen firmware updates DJI published on 20 October 2026 for its camera drone fleet. Twelve of the packages focus on stability and bug fixes, while the Avata 360 adds new features such as Waypoint Flight, FocusTrack Zoom and support for the RC Pro 2 controller. Every release requires DJI Fly 1.21.16 on iOS and Android before flying.

These are the builds released for each aircraft, with the link to DJI's official download centre:

Before updating, check DJI's warnings: on the Mavic 4 Pro, Flip, Lito X1 and Lito 1 the camera settings return to defaults, and on the Neo, Neo 2, Avata and Avata 360 the return-to-home altitude and maximum distance may reset. Update at home with charged batteries and a stable connection, never in the field right before a shoot. For aerial photographers and filmmakers, keeping these thirteen platforms current sustains the transmission stability and flight safety that professional work depends on.
