Gustavo Pomar is a renowned Argentine photographer and teacher with more than 35 years of professional experience, specialized in advertising photography and the in-depth study of lighting. He began his journey in 1985 with analogue black and white photography, working for years in photojournalism and social events before establishing himself in the commercial sector. He is the founder of the IHigher Institute of Photography Lux Capere and creator of the photography chair at the National University of the Litoral, establishing himself as a key figure in the training of new generations of photographers in the Spanish-speaking world.

His artistic and educational proposal is based on the premise that "the secret of photography is in the light", a concept that he develops widely in his book Breaking the Secret of Photography and on his YouTube channel. Currently, he is dedicated to giving international workshops and conferences in more than 15 countries, where he promotes the development of a personal photographic gaze and the technical mastery of lighting without the need for excessively complex equipment. Through her online mentoring, Pomar delves into topics of creativity and aesthetics, encouraging her students to find a balance between technique and emotional expression.
