Denmark-based landscape photographer and visual educator, with an academic training as a teacher and a Master in Educational Philosophy. He has been professionally dedicated to landscape photography since 2016, although his interest in video editing dates back to 2002. His work focuses on "Fine Art", capturing everything from epic views in Atlantic countries such as Iceland, Norway and the Faroe Islands, to serene and minimalist forest scenes typical of Scandinavia.
His aesthetic is deeply influenced by the popular culture of the '90s and '00s, citing films like The Lord of the Rings and video games like Warcraft as sources of inspiration for his atmospheric compositions. On his YouTube channel and his courses, Mads teaches that a photograph is not finished in the camera, but rather comes to life in the editing phase, where the author's mood and artistic vision define the final work.

Aiguille Dibona is a very well known mountain climbing location, but it's located at high altitude and out of reach for most landscape photographers. We made the strenuous hike all the way up there and to our big disappointment did NOT get what we expected. However, with some planning and a bit of luck I managed to photograph the most awesome and pointy mountain peak I've ever photographed!

The d'Arves Massive was one of the bucket list locations of out trip to the French Alps. The entire area is absolutely gorgeous with valleys, forests, open fields, alpen huts and cows. We photographed both a sunset and a sunrise of these mountains the photos turned out gorgeous!

Yup, some of the best light I ever photographed! That says a lot, but wow did Chamonix and Montenvers in the French Alps, next to Mont Blanc, absolutely deliver some of my favourite photos of the year. This a famous place for landscape photography and for a good reason as you get to photograph both the Mer de Glace glacier, Aiguille du Dru and the famous bendy trail.
